The weekly rhythm holds the whole system together, and it repeats every week whether or not a given build succeeds. Monday is problem selection and market checks, where you bring a problem brief and the group stress-tests it before you're allowed to start building. Wednesday is the build sprint itself, where members work — often live on video, sometimes async — and post progress, blockers, and actual code for review from people who've shipped in this space before. Friday is demo day, where you show what shipped since Monday and the group gives direct, sometimes blunt, feedback on whether this is something a real prospect would pay for, and what it should cost. This works best for people who can already write some code, or are willing to learn enough to be dangerous with no-code tools, and who have — or are actively hunting for — a specific market to build for. Freelancers building client automations, indie founders building a SaaS wrapper, and technical people inside companies prototyping internal agents all fit well here. It's not a good fit if you want a passive course to consume on your own schedule with no interaction, or if you're hoping someone hands you a business idea.
