The weekly rhythm is built around two live sessions. Every Wednesday, a technical study session — live coding and code review, where you either bring your own project or work through a structured exercise with the group watching and commenting. Every Sunday, a career-focused session that rotates between CV reviews, salary negotiation breakdowns, and mock interviews with cameras on. Between sessions, the community runs on peer accountability pods — small groups of members shipping projects on the same rough timeline, checking in on each other so nobody quietly disappears for three months and comes back with nothing built.
