Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Achebee, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account credentials, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share on the Service ("User Content"). Achebee does not claim ownership of your content.

3.2 License to Achebee

By posting User Content, you grant Achebee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where your content has been shared with others who have not deleted it.

3.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to share your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against any person
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape or collect user data without authorization
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these guidelines, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.

5.1 Creator Plans

Creators may subscribe to paid plans to access premium features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Community Payments

When learners pay for community access or courses, payments are processed through our payment partners. Achebee applies a platform fee as disclosed in our pricing page. Creators are responsible for applicable taxes on their earnings.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies for community and course purchases are set by individual creators. For Achebee subscription plans, you may cancel at any time, but we do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Achebee and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express permission.

The Achebee name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Achebee. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
