How and when do I get paid?
Once a referred creator pays, your commission enters a 30-day hold (so we can absorb refunds and chargebacks). After it clears, the amount moves to your available balance. From there, you request a payout to your connected method — Stripe Connect, Paystack, or Flutterwave — and we process it. Payouts are on-request, not on a fixed weekly cycle.
How long does the cookie last?
We use a 30-day cookie window with last-click attribution. If a creator clicks your link and signs up within 30 days, they're attributed to you and you earn commission on their paid subscription for the next 12 months.
How long do I keep earning per referral?
On platform creator subscriptions, you earn 50% commission every month they pay, capped at 12 months from their first paid month. On community-level affiliate programs (when a creator opts theirs in), the default is 20% one-time, but the creator can configure their own rate and choose recurring or one-time.
What's the minimum payout threshold?
Minimums depend on the currency you're paid in: USD $25, GBP £20, EUR €25, NGN ₦5,000, KES KSh 2,500, GHS GH₵100, ZAR R250. You can request a payout any time your available balance clears the threshold for that currency.
Which payout methods are supported?
Stripe Connect (135+ currencies, direct deposit), Paystack (NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR), and Flutterwave (NGN plus multi-currency rails for African markets). Pick whichever matches your bank.
Can I refer myself or my own community?
No. Self-referrals, alt accounts, and incentivised clicks are not allowed and result in forfeiture of commission. Our fraud detection runs daily — self-referral, velocity abuse, cookie stuffing, and fingerprint-bot patterns are flagged automatically and reviewed by admins.
Do I get a tracking dashboard?
Yes. Every affiliate gets a dashboard with total clicks, total conversions, conversion rate, recent commissions, balance per currency, and your active links. You can filter clicks and conversions over the last 30 days and export your data.
Can I create multiple links for different campaigns?
Yes. Every active affiliate can create multiple links — one for the platform itself, plus one per community whose creator has opted into a community-level affiliate program. Each link tracks its own clicks and conversions independently.
What if a referral cancels or refunds?
Commissions are held for 30 days before they clear. A refund or chargeback inside that window reverses the commission automatically. If a referred creator cancels their subscription, your commission stops at their next billing cycle — there's no clawback on previously cleared earnings.
