Why We Built Achebe Campus
Achebe Campus is built by the family of Chinua Achebe, the Nigerian novelist who wrote Things Fall Apart. We carry that name with intention.
We started this because most edtech platforms treat African learners and creators as an afterthought. The default user is somewhere else. The case studies are from somewhere else. The success stories are from somewhere else. We wanted to build a place where Africa is a first-class citizen of the learning internet — and where the rest of the world is welcome alongside it.
Learning was never meant to happen in isolation — and it was never meant to belong to only one part of the world.
